• Career has spanned all asset classes - industrial, apartment, retail, hotel, and office as well as assisted living, skilled nursing, golf course, and self storage portfolios across the United States, Europe and the Caribbean.
• Arranged and provided over $5bn of equity and debt funding through banks, Freddie/Fannie/HUD, CMBS, B Piece, B note, Mezz, Pref equity and straight equity as well as creative programs such as USDA, C-PACE, Tax credits and Eb-5
• Sellside, buyside, financing, lender advisory and troubled debt restructuring and workouts
• Currently advising a large, NYC based office landlord in a troubled debt restrucruting and broader corporate reorganization
• Recapitalized large western states warehouse operation out from the Flemings bankruptcy
• Recapitalized two stressed grocery chains (NYC and Michigan) via receivables and inventory financing, equipment financing, and property sale/leaseback of DC’s and stores, avoiding CH 11 in both cases
• Provided interim management to a distressed data center operation; sold critical real estate assets of an “ABC” workout, including real estate advisory to landlord and senior lender
• Capitalized a new $100MM+portfolio/REIT of Medical Office in Colorado and Arizona
• Recapitalized, took private, and later refinanced a $500MM+ Medical Office portfolio in California
• Capitalized a new $100MM+ portfolio of four select service hotels in the Southeast
• Acquisition advisory and financing for Intercontinental hotel portfolio in Europe
• Take private advisory and financing for national golf course business
• Advised and provided startup capital for a new manager of multifamily apartments in NYC from 2011-2014; the operator as of 2023 is now one of NYC’s largest landlords with over 8,000 apartments
• Advised on the recapitalization of the Four Seasons Punta Mita, Four Seasons Nevis, Four Seasons Los Cabos
